Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, seeks an ABA Special Instruction provider for the Early Intervention program. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, assess progress, and adjust strategies to promote development.

You will coach families, participate in IFSP and team meetings, and coordinate care with therapists and educators to ensure comprehensive support.

Required bachelor’s degree in a related field with NYS EI certification eligibility; BCBA/BCaBA is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Certification or eligibility to provide Special Instruction through NYS EI Program.
• Must possess NYSED teaching credentials from listed categories (see job text).

Mansioni

• Provide ABA Special Instruction to children in Early Intervention per IFSP.
• Assess developmental progress and adjust intervention strategies.
• Apply ABA principles: reinforcement, prompting, task analysis, NET, incidental teaching.
• Coach parents to support skill development during daily routines.
• Participate in IFSP, multidisciplinary, and case conferences.
• Collaborate with other EI team members, therapists, and educators.
