Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, in-center setting. The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaborative supervision of RBTs, and ongoing growth through a clear career path and clinical mentorship.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment using play-based strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Participate in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
