Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers.
Conduct regular supervision of patients.
Monitor weekly patient progress.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to observe, document, and assess patient behavior
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology for data entry
Tolerance for challenging behaviors
Education
Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field
Current BCBA certification or LPA licensure
