Job summary

A leading healthcare service provider in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Behavior Analyst to develop and implement ABA treatment plans. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field, along with current BCBA certification and at least 2 years of experience. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA licensure through the Psychology Board.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train team members and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision of patients via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation and reports.
