Job summary

A leading health services provider in San Bernardino is seeking a Behavior Analyst responsible for creating and overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians and ensure successful patient progress. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Psychology, current BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience in a related field. This role includes dynamic work environments and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Capable of identifying and addressing potential safety concerns.
• Tolerance for challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision of patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to observe and assess patient behavior

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using technology for data entry

Education

Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field

Current BCBA certification
