Job summary

A healthcare services organization in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a Behavior Analyst to create and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Behavior Technicians and caregivers, conduct patient supervision, and be responsible for the accuracy of documentation. A Master’s Degree in Psychology and BCBA certification are required, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and caregivers on treatment plan implementation.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients within your caseload.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to observe and document patient behavior

Excellent interpersonal skills

Tolerance for challenging behaviors

Proficiency in using technology for data entry

Education

Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field

Current BCBA certification
