ABA A Step At A Time Care MD in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• MD LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals across settings (in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community).
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
