Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led organization in a hybrid California role. You will supervise BCBAs and technicians, develop ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and provide parent education while maintaining high standards of client care.

The role offers a flexible schedule, manageable caseloads, and a robust earning potential including a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with a monthly bonus up to $1,800 and annual bonus up to $21,600, plus full benefits and

• BCBA certification is required.
• Background checks include TB test, criminal check, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV.

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
