Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) invites a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Virginia. You'll supervise technicians, conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and educate parents while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule and strong support structure.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and active BACB certification.
• Active LBA license in Virginia as issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• Criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam (paid by ALP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.
• Meet ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation
