Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Virginia. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education, with the flexibility to manage your workload.

We offer a hybrid schedule with work-from-home options for non-billable hours, a balanced caseload, and strong earning potential through a base salary plus a monthly bonus. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required through BACB.
• Active LBA Certification in Virginia.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical paid by ALP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Adapt with flexibility and pursue ongoing clinical growth.
• Communicate proactively to foster collaboration with families, schools, and teams.
• Meet ALP standards and funding-source requirements for client care.
