Job summary

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in a clinician-led organization based in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers a hybrid schedule with Monday–Friday hours and a focus on client outcomes, supervision hours, and proactive parent education.

The position provides strong earning potential with a base salary starting at $85,000–$105,000 plus a monthly bonus opportunity of up to $21,600 per year.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with BACB.
• Active LBA certification in Ohio.
• Background checks and pre-employment medicals required (TB test, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.
• Communicate proactively and foster collaboration with families and teams.
• Adapt to challenging situations with continuous growth.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source requirements for client care.
