Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based ABA program with a hybrid on-site schedule and a sign-on bonus. The role focuses on supervising staff, designing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will lead clinical teams, advance evidence-based ABA practices, and help clients progress toward independence while enjoying mentorship and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field required.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Supervise and support behavior technicians and clinical staff.
