Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across diverse settings. The role includes conducting FBAs and skill assessments, developing measurable goals, and supervising RBTs per BACB standards.

You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and educators to coordinate holistic care while delivering caregiver training and ensuring compliant documentation. Telehealth, clinic, home, or school settings offer flexible work styles.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments to identify treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor progress with data collection.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB standards.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators to coordinate care.
• Provide caregiver training and coaching to support generalization.
• Maintain compliant documentation including.session notes and progress reports.
