Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder in a center/school-based setting. This days-only role offers capped billable hours and a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, conduct FBAs, design BIPs, collect data, and collaborate with families to support meaningful development. Licensure and state requirements apply.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Applicable state licensure, if required

Mansioni

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and direct-care staff, as applicable.
• Analyze clinical data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary therapy professionals to support treatment goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote evidence-based, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate ABA practices.

Formazione

BCBA certification

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
