Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California to join a dedicated team serving children with autism. The role offers evening hours (1:00 pm – 8:00 pm) with a salary range of $82,000–$87,000 per year plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll design and implement ABA programs, perform VB-MAPP and related assessments, and collaborate with families and schools. Expect professional growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments as part of progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to optimize outcomes.
