Behavior Frontiers in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an evening shift (1:00 pm - 8:00 pm) with a salary range of $82,000 - $87,000 per year plus bonuses. We are a long‑standing leader in ABA, expanding our team to provide life-changing services to children with autism.

Qualified BCBAs hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, have at least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs, and can conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with a master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
