Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and ongoing credential maintenance.
• Criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities may be required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and program managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and programs.
• Design individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise clients' progress.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs to meet client needs.
• Foster collaboration with families and other professionals.
