Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings, including center, home, school, or telehealth. You will develop plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers and professionals to drive outcomes.

Requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience. Hybrid/onsite roles with relocation options and comprehensive training are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and coaching to behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly targets and document progress.
