Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are at 100% adherence each month.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment protocols.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation and patient records.
