Job summary

IABA, Naperville Clinic, is seeking a Senior Board-C certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical operations and mentor staff. This Senior BCBA role blends hands-on clinical oversight with influence over care delivery within the clinic.

You will oversee the clinic, lead parent training curriculum, and collaborate with treating BCBAs to keep treatment plans individualized and socially valid. Expect assessments, case management, staff training, and occasional caseload coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build a shared vision.
• Professional representation of the agency at all times.
• Strong scheduling reliability and work ethic.
• 2+ years of clinical BCBA experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned clinic to ensure quality outcomes for parent training and client care.
• Lead the IABA parent training curriculum with individualized goals.
• Coordinate with treating BCBAs; ensure treatment plan alignment.
• Provide caseload coverage during leaves or vacancies.
• Develop staff training materials and supervise interns.
