Responsibilities include supervision, treatment planning, and collaboration with experienced clinicians to deliver parent training and ensure hands-on client care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Strong communication and mentoring mindset
• Open to newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians focused on growth.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
