Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain is required.
• Compassionate professional who values teamwork and clinical integrity.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a willingness to mentor clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with on-site OTs and SLPs for multidisciplinary treatment.
• Design and monitor data-driven treatment plans and adjust as needed.
• Provide family and staff training to support treatment goals.
• Manage crisis and maintain a safe clinical environment.
