Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) for its Broken Arrow clinic. The role offers a full-time schedule with a focus on clinical excellence, mentorship, and collaborative care with on-site OTs and SLPs.

The position emphasizes leadership, data-driven treatment, and a supportive environment with reduced administrative burden to maximize client outcomes. Oklahoma LBA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Oklahoma (or eligible)
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or mentoring clinicians
• Ability to design, monitor, and adjust data collection and treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Design and monitor data collection to evaluate treatment efficacy
• Provide leadership in crisis and safety management
