A Typical Day in the Clinic:

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.


• Holistic Care: Facilitate a team‑based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.


• Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Qualifications
