Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ethical, innovative ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising therapists and RBTs, developing individualized programs, and coordinating care with families and other professionals.

The successful candidate will oversee assessments, training for families, and collaboration with schools, SLPs, and OTs across home, community, and center settings.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification; newly certified candidates encouraged to apply.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with young children with diverse diagnoses.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists and RBTs in behavior change techniques.
• Create, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Design data collection methods and oversee programming across home, community, and center settings.
• Conduct assessments and regularly meet with parents or guardians, providing ongoing training.
• Participate in coordination of care with other providers like schools, SLPs, and OTs.
• Oversee, train, and offer feedback to Student Analysts.
