Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-C certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical and educational interventions for K-12 students across multiple campuses. You will train teachers on FBAs/BIPs, monitor progress, and supervise staff pursuing BACB certification, while ensuring compliance with laws and standards in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, quality assurance, and collaboration with VP Operations and Program Directors

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral therapy, special education or related field.
• Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a BCBA credential.
• CA state driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience inABA, PBIS, FBA and BIP.
• Ability to work across multiple campuses within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and guidance to teachers on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor and evaluate academic and behavioral outcomes.
• Support staff to align with IEP goals through ABA strategies.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Provide crisis management support for students with challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with campus teams to collect and analyze data on behavior and progress.
• Conduct regular quality checks and recommend improvements.
• Guide staff pursuing BACB certification and supervise as agreed.
