Job summary

Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) seeks a Behavior Analyst I to provide clinical services, supervision, and case management within the Achievements ABA program. You will lead staff hiring, supervision, and evaluation, conduct behavioral assessments, design intervention goals, train caregivers, and analyze ongoing data to guide decisions.

Requirements include BCBA certification, Maryland licensure, and completion of a supervisor training within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
• Completion of 8-hour supervisor training within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and supervision per director.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design intervention goals aligned with A-ABA.
• Implement interventions and caregiver training; analyze data.
• Make ethical clinical decisions and supervise Behavior Technician staff.
