Job summary

The Behavior Analyst I for the Achievements ABA program at Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI), will provide clinical services, supervision, and case management as directed by the Assistant Director.

The role will involve hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff, conducting behavioral assessments, designing intervention goals, implementing strategies, caregiver training, ongoing data analysis, and ethical decision making, with supervision of Behavior Technician

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Maryland licensure as a Behavior Analyst required.
  • Completion of BACB 8-hour supervisor training within 1 month of hire.
  • Must stay current with company in-service topics as scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services per program guidelines.
  • Provide clinical supervision of staff and supervise Behavior Technician staff.
  • Coordinate case management and job duties per supervisor.
  • Design intervention goals aligned with A-ABA and implement interventions.
  • Train caregivers and analyze data regularly.
  • Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff.
  • Make ethical clinical decisions.
