Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with families and school teams, and adherence to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the client's care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet applicable North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
