Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in active standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master’s level clinicians in the implementation of treatment plans and case management.
• Provide BCBA supervision to supervisees seeking certification as BCBA.
• Oversee Behavior Consultant in the FBA process, including reviewing data, and writing goals.
• Develop treatment plans emphasizing naturalistic ABA and individualized goals.
• Mentor and develop behavior consultants and therapists to implement ABA effectively.
