Job summary

TASKids Autism ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Riverside. The position involves leading a treatment team, designing ABA programs, and supervising staff while working with families.

The role requires BCBA certification, MA/MS in a related field, and strong communication skills. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered and travel to Montclair, Eastvale, and San Bernardino areas is expected.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Clinical Director.
• Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of therapists.
• Set and achieve performance goals with client and treatment teams.
• Assist with training of staff.
• Design and maintain treatment programs based on client assessments.
• Oversee and maintain client notes, data, and reports.
• Train guardians and family members on treatment techniques.
