Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive program management experience in battery energy storage, renewable energy, or utility-scale infrastructure.
• Proven track record from scoping through commissioning and handoff with ownership of schedule, budget, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution from scoping to handoff between Business Development, EPC, and Operations.
• Own the integrated schedule, budget tracker, and risk register for each project.
• Serve as the primary interface between Business Development, Product Engineering, internal and external EPC partners, and customers.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permitting, interconnection, and all project deliverables.
• Partner with Product Engineering on equipment selection and Basis of Design control across the lifecycle.
• Oversee commissioning readiness, test plan execution, and structured handoff documentation to O&M.
