Job summary

HappyGlobal Service is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a two-person project team focused on battery cell and pack programs at the Manteno facility. You will own end-to-end execution, budgeting, and liaison with global engineering teams.

Responsibilities include delivering capital projects >$50M, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance during on-site integration and commissioning of production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project/program management in battery, cell, or pack industry preferred.
• Experience managing $50M+ capital or production programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person PM team (Senior Manager + Project Analyst) to drive end-to-end battery cell/pack programs.
• Oversee capital and production project lifecycles from planning through commissioning and launch.
• Maintain complex, resource-loaded schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external contractors.
• Validate product development and manufacturing through DV/PV, APQP, and PPAP.
• Bridge US Manteno site with China HQ and North American customers.
