Job summary

Elevated Materials seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive the U.S. manufacturing expansion in Santa Clara, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning through ramp-up.

You will coordinate engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, quality, and external partners to meet aggressive timelines and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the COO, the role emphasizes governance, risk management, and executive communication, with a focus on NEPA, Buy America, and grant compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex industrial, manufacturing, or capital expansion programs.
• Experience managing capital projects of $50 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end greenfield manufacturing expansion program.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for site development, engineering, procurement, construction, and ramp-up.
• Coordinate EPC/EPCM partners, engineering firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers; lead procurement, commissioning, and qualification.
• Serve as the program lead for project execution, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare change-control packages and continuation materials when required.
