Job summary

Gotion Inc. in Manteno, IL, is seeking a Pack Team Lead to guide battery pack production in our new facility. You will supervise a team, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and uphold our safety standards while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production personnel responsible for battery pack assembly.
Ensure production processes meet quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to meet targets.
Implement and enforce quality control measures and inspect finished products.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead improvements.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and deviations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
