Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky (CATK) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with codes, perform load calculations, and recommend energy-efficient technologies to enhance efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of experience, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical equipment with testing for functionality and safety.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety practices.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers for load calculations, circuits, and equipment specs.
• Evaluate energy-efficient technologies to reduce operational costs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for electrical systems management.
