Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience coaching or managing basketball at collegiate, academy, club, or pro level.
- Proven track record of developing high‑level student‑athletes and building competitive programs.
- Strong knowledge of offensive/defensive systems, game strategy, and athlete development.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all basketball program activities including practices, games, camps, and showcases.
- Lead and oversee individual and team skill development (shooting, ball handling, footwork, systems, conditioning).
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with long‑term athlete development and competitive goals.
- Analyze performance via film review, analytics, and evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
