The role emphasizes collaboration with coaches, trainers, and sport science staff, ensuring competitive performance and strong safety practices across practices and events.

Qualifications

• High standard of proficiency in tennis coaching and athlete development.
• Experience coaching or playing tennis at collegiate, academy, club, national, or professional levels.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting high-quality tennis practices and individualized development plans.
• Support development of athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills.
• Provide instruction in stroke production, match strategy, and competitive decision-making.
• Assist with tournament preparation including scheduling, scouting, and post-match review.
• Collaborate with performance staff to support injury prevention and recovery.
