Job summary

Responsibilities include planning practices, supporting game model delivery, preparing for tournaments, and mentoring student-athletes while coordinating with parents and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct high-quality practices and ensure a safe gameday environment.
• Support coaches in delivering IMG Academy Soccer game model and development cycles.
• Develop connections with student-athletes and parents regarding progress and goals.
• Assist for tournaments and league preparation.
• Maintain understanding of instructional equipment and methodologies used in the Soccer program.
• Mentor student-athletes to foster positive habits and life skills.
• Evaluate athletic and emotional development and coordinate resources.
• Assist in college placement when needed.
• Review and enhance program delivery, objectives, and resources.
• Support recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
• Travel to tournaments and ensure safety.
• Assist in camp delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and codes of conduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
