A leading independent controls provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Building Automation & Controls. The role is remote-based with up to 80% travel required across the U.S. This position involves leading large-scale projects, managing budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary liaison among clients and teams. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in relevant fields and strong technical knowledge, particularly in building automation systems. Competitive salary between $130,000 - $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a strong background in BAS, HVAC controls, or MEP environments.
• Communicates effectively with field teams and executive leadership.
• Ability to manage project risks through planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of BAS and controls construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve escalations.
• Oversee contracts and vendor coordination.
• Provide project status and financial reporting to leadership.
• Standardize delivery processes for consistency.

Skills

7+ years of experience managing construction or controls projects

Proven experience leading complex, multi-site projects
