Job summary

Jobot is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Building Automation to lead complex projects in the St. Louis region. You'll manage multiple BAS projects ensuring completion to the highest standards and client satisfaction.

This position requires strong experience in Project Management, particularly in HVAC controls and commercial systems. You will mentor junior team members and oversee project execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within BAS/DDC, HVAC Controls, or commercial mechanical systems.
• Experience in managing complex commercial construction projects such as mission-critical or healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BAS projects from kickoff through final commissioning.
• Lead execution of mission-critical projects ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and allocation strategies.
