Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Senior Building Automation Systems Specialist to lead BAS initiatives across remodels, retrofits, and new store projects.

You will partner with Facilities teams and third‑party vendors to install, test, and validate BAS upgrades while driving cost efficiency. The role requires deep expertise in Tridium Niagara N4/AX, strong project management, and the ability to train staff on BAS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with building, mechanical and electrical systems including understanding of blueprints and drawings.
• Minimum three years of experience with building automation; Tridium Niagara N4/AX is preferred and certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS-related technology initiatives for remodels, retrofits, and new store construction.
• Collaborate with Facilities vendor teams to implement process improvements and reduce cost.
• Provide Tier Two on-call support for BAS and HVAC/R issues.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing with third‑party vendors.
• Develop BAS training materials and deliver ongoing training to teams.
• Update BAS drawings and documentation as systems evolve.
• Verify communications/graphics for accurate monitoring by stakeholders.
