Honeywell in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Lead Field Service HVAC Controls/BAS Technician to provide advanced technical support and service for HVAC control systems and BAS. You will lead a team of technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable building performance on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls and BAS technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC control issues.
• 3+ years programming/configuring HVAC control systems including DDC controllers.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check; ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite installation, commissioning, and service of BAS and HVAC equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Perform advanced diagnostics of HVAC controls (VAVs, AHUs, chillers, boilers).
• Program and configure Honeywell platforms (Spyder, CIPer, WEBs, EBI).
• Interpret control drawings and sequences of operation to validate system functionality.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet schedules and maintain safety standards.
