Carrier Global Corporation, through its Automated Logic division, seeks a Senior Sales Estimator to lead the estimating process for large, complex building projects. You will mentor junior staff, optimize workflows, and serve as the bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Operations to maximize win rate and profitability.

You will shape scope, pricing strategies, and vendor partnerships, ensuring accurate, competitive proposals and smooth project turnovers across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of Building Automation (BAS), HVAC, or Controls experience.
• 3+ years of direct estimating experience in BAS/HVAC/Controls.

Responsibilities

• Architect detailed estimates for owner-direct and construction-based projects.
• Translate specifications from control schematics and bid documents.
• Build detailed scope letters and proposals with value-engineered options.
• Cultivate vendor partnerships and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive strategic alignment with Sales leadership and Operations.
• Ensure seamless handoffs with clear, accurate documentation.
