Job summary

ControlsJobs in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Lead Stationary Controls Technician for the day shift. You will monitor building automation consoles, troubleshoot HVAC control systems, and respond to alarms while upgrading controllers and JACE devices.

Prior Niagara/Distech familiarity is a plus, with strong problem-solving and BAS understanding. The ideal candidate has experience in building automation and mechanical systems, including air handlers, pumps, valves, and chillers, and works effectively in a

Qualifications

• Plus (not a requirement) – Certified in Tridium Niagara.
• Plus (not a requirement) – Certified in Distech.
• Plus (not a requirement) – experience with Tridium Niagara front-end work stations.

Responsibilities

• Controls Console monitoring.
• Troubleshooting control systems when alarms appear on a chiller.
• Watching the alarm Console and responding to alarm events as needed.
• Troubleshooting, upgrading controllers, and replacing Tridium JACEs.
