Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to perform field commissioning of building automation systems. You will lead on-site projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor newer technicians while collaborating with project teams to ensure precise, reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or higher in HVAC, controls, or related field preferred.
• Experience with building automation software such as WebCTRL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems with Direct Digital Control.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Field Engineers on tools and technology.
• Serve as local contact for technical issues and provide turnkey project delivery.
