You will master drink preparation, merchandising, and customer service while following recipes, safe food handling, and store procedures. Flexibility with shifts is expected to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Master barista operations including registers, tech, and tablets.
• Maintain clean, organized Café and readable merchandising for customers.
• Offer beverage and food pairings; follow approved recipes and specs.
• Process orders quickly at the register and assist teammates.
• Assist with deliveries using FIFO practices and stock control.
• Educate customers on café offerings and store promotions.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleaning tasks are completed daily.
