Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Experience stocking shelves and maintaining beverage/cafe presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and connect readers with beverages and cafe items.
• Unpack and stock deliveries, tidy the bake case and dining area.
• Operate registers quickly and professionally while maintaining accuracy.
• Support bookfloor team and maintain FIFO practices.
• Keep cafe area clean and ensure café safety and hygiene.
