We Are Legal Revolution seeks a senior bankruptcy and creditors' rights attorney for a confidential Texas-based firm in Houston. This partner-track role focuses on sophisticated creditor-side matters, including bankruptcy litigation and related trust engagements, with a strong emphasis on building a durable practice.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Texas bankruptcy/creditors' rights, an active Texas bar, and a proven ability to originate at least $750,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar admission.
• 15+ years licensed in Texas with substantial bankruptcy and creditors' rights experience.
• Meaningful experience in creditor representation, including bankruptcy litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations.
• Manage contested bankruptcy litigation, including adversary proceedings and contested matters.
• Handle motion practice and courtroom advocacy, including stay relief and claims objections.
