• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Strong background in document review for distressed clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, and high professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic and professional credentials (transcript and writing sample required with resume submission)

Aufgaben

• Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 cases
• Represent a wide range of stakeholders- secured and unsecured creditors, committees, Chapter 7 trustees, and debtors
• Advise on workouts, restructurings, and asset protection strategies for distressed clients across multiple industries
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, proofs of claim, and other bankruptcy-related filings
• Provide courtroom support and attend creditor meetings
• Communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, local counsel, and debtors' attorneys

Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced bankruptcy practitioner with deep Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 experience who thrives representing diverse stakeholders in complex matters.

What You'll Work On:

• Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 cases
